This video is giving me hope of balance restoration since 2 ruptured discs and a back surgery in the span of 4 years. It's been 4 years beyond the surgery and I feel like I operate with "broken" energy . Kia Miller and Tommy Rosen are very clear in their movement and posture explanations. After just a few sessions there seems to be an improved connection between the left and right sides of my body. Thank you!
