The best "come back to calm" meditation I've done in a long time, June 8, 2012
This is the best short meditation I have ever seen PERIOD. I loved every minute. The breathing techinque is so On and gets you to your spot of calmness. I love his voice and I went deep into my meditation. Its great for those of us who want short bursts of calm through out our day
