Good for beginners and quick wake up, February 18, 2012

Im a beginner so I dont know if most would find it challenging. But I really like lower body workout and the utilizing of your big muscles. Its a great quick work out that gets your heart going a little to wake up and relaxing at the same time. Very nice.
