The Pose Guide is not a workout (but follow along and you will sweat!), but a guide to the main poses used in most yoga routines. I'm an "advanced-beginner", but this video taught me things about basic poses like Mountain and Relaxation that I never knew before. Just one session and my Warrior Three has already improved. This is one I will return to from time to time, just to help keep up with my alignment.

Im a beginner so I dont know if most would find it challenging. But I really like lower body workout and the utilizing of your big muscles. Its a great quick work out that gets your heart going a little to wake up and relaxing at the same time. Very nice.
