Great Quick Yoga Fix..Not for Beginners, January 4, 2013
This was a great yoga fix, and quick workout when you don't have so much time, like in the morning. Really got the juices flowing, so to speak. There isn't really any instruction in the video, just 'boat pose' or 'plank' etc. So if you aren't familiar with yoga, this is not a great place to start. If you are a beginner, but still familiar with many poses, this workout is probably a great way to build strength for your practice.

Energy Lift Yoga, September 13, 2012
This is a nice awakening sequence to do in the morning (or when you need a lift) when you don't have a lot of time. The directions are easy to follow though there is not any explanation as to how to get into the pose or adjust it. If you are unfamiliar with these poses then it might be frustrating.

The pacing of this one really suits me and provides a bit of a challenge. Not for beginners, though =)
