I LOVE this video - best ever but......How can I watch this video in it's entirety without getting up from my mat 5 times to watch all of the segments?

I adore Rodney but I did not care for these. I am a 200 ryt and I still enjoy a practice with form instruction and guidance.I didn't like the pose call outs. I prefer his more current videos. The scenery was beautiful!

took me a while to find it as it does not seem to come up in every search
i was looking for Yoga for energy
then rodney yee- all
and it did not come up
somehow i found it
i believe it is one of Rodney's BEST
it is so well rounded and acts a a good preparation for going into deeper practice ( as in good prep for approaching the Primary series- IF: there is a foundaton for good alignment and body awareness, deep listening skills are already established)
the sequence is so very good!
all elements are there with mastery and poetry!
Thank you So MUCH for keeping this video series available on -line for us!
I reccomend this to Practitioners all over the world !
Why not put it back together as ONE like the original version?

I have been trying to find the yoga workout that used to be on youtube. It was titled Rodney Yee 20 minute yoga workout for beginners. It was actually a little more advanced than beginners but it was great and I used this one daily but it was removed from youtube and I really would like to find it here.

Please advise as to where I may find it.

Thank you very much

I like to listen to the name of the pose so I don't constantly have to watch the TV. However with this segment he sometimes says names of the poses that I'm not familiar with like "exalted warrior". If he would stick to the sanskrit or familiar name it would flow easier for me as the student. Also there are a lot of great Rodney Yee yoga DVD's and this one appears to be very dated from the looks of their clothing--it's weird watching Rodney practice yoga basically in what looks like his underwear.

I do the awakening every morning to stretch and wake up! I also love the other practices.
These are quick when your crunched for time. The simple prompts of the instruction is great.

I've just been putting this one on repeat and doing it 5-6 times for a lovely class indeed :)

The entire energy lift program is phenomenal.

Awakening, in particular is a great way to start your day.

Someone commented that the segments don't flow together into a continuous practice. They are not supposed to. This is a yoga routine you do at different times of the day based, throughout the day.

What a great practice to do on your breaks at work. Sure beats coffee and a donut.

No instruction which is fine but would prefer the standard pose names used or Sanskrit pose names to avoid confusion. Each mini segment seems to end abruptly and yet they don't flow together for one continuous practice.

This was a great yoga fix, and quick workout when you don't have so much time, like in the morning. Really got the juices flowing, so to speak. There isn't really any instruction in the video, just 'boat pose' or 'plank' etc. So if you aren't familiar with yoga, this is not a great place to start. If you are a beginner, but still familiar with many poses, this workout is probably a great way to build strength for your practice.

This is a nice awakening sequence to do in the morning (or when you need a lift) when you don't have a lot of time. The directions are easy to follow though there is not any explanation as to how to get into the pose or adjust it. If you are unfamiliar with these poses then it might be frustrating.

The pacing of this one really suits me and provides a bit of a challenge. Not for beginners, though =)
