Good for gentle core stretching and elongating: Restoration, February 9, 2013
This supplements my latest visit to the chiropractor. Nice and gentle stretching of the core, supplements my visit because my back is a little sore from the Dr.'s Visit. Great job on being true to the title. I have problems caused by hiking with limited mobility in my hip flexibility, this is a gentle routine that is soothing and is part of the gentle relaxation of the back. Bolster was great for opening up that part of the core.

I didn't like the bolster, June 20, 2012
I liked the instructor, and the moves. I didn't have a problem with the quick poses, and the other reviewers did. I just didn't like the use of the bolster. I did like the focus on the core, and I would do this again.

Not Beginner Yoga, April 21, 2012
I'm not a complete beginner, but I'm no veteran, and this is not a beginner's video. The instructor doesn't explain how to get into the poses or how to do them correctly, but expects you to know the names of the poses. If you are going to call something beginner, it needs a lot of instruction so the student can get the full benefit of the pose. I give this a 1 because I dont' care for the fast style of movements as well.
