As you progress through the yoga workout, you’ll move from sitting to standing to floor exercises. I love the sequence of positions in the restorative practice, but found that there wasn't enough time given to settle into each one. Is there a version available that has the same sequence of positions given in the 17 min segment, but stretched out over 45 min or an hour or so? Would appreciate being directed to it if such a thing exists. Regardless, thank you very much for this lovely practice! It brought much relief into an uncomfortable day. Metta.

Are the different segments ment to be done together or separately?

The first three segments can be practiced either as a fuller one-hour practice or on their own. Each segment focuses on a different set of poses to addressing different aspects of back health.

I've been suffering from thoracic spinal arthritis for 6 months :(. This video was great!! I was able to stretch the muscles that have been problematic. I plan on starting every morning with this workout!!

I bought the video Strong Core and Back Workout Video and ball. It says on the cover of the DVD that there is a downloadable video for back pain relief. I followed the directions but have not found any downloadable videos on this subject or any subject. I have a very bad back and the video I bought is mostly to hard for me but I was counting on the other video you advertised on the cover. I am very disappointed that I can't find it and feel as if I have been taken advantage of by being promised something that does not excist but takes me thru all of your web sights in an effort to get me to buy more things. Please show me I am wrong by sending me the downloadable video.

I've done this sequence twice - both times after coming home from a long day of work when my back hurt to stand, sit, and bend over. Both times I felt immediate relief. I will continue to use this to help relieve the tension and release the pain. Highly recommended.

This was lovely with very good stretches. The only thing was that it ended abruptly. I thought something was wrong with the streaming. So for me it ended in a not so relaxing way.

This workout was perfect for me as I am very new to Yoga, actually I don't really like yoga, but know as I get older my body really needs it. This workout felt wonderful. I did a combo of this one and the posture segment.
