Trying to ease back into exercise so I don't quit. This a good workout to do in the A.M. to get your blood flowing. A little more intense that WATP. I will definitely be trying other workouts with this instructor.

I liked this workout as a break from Leslie Sansone. The addition of the weights and the squats and arm exercised made me feel like I was getting a better workout. I was also able to work up a sweat, which I can't do very well with Sansone. I appreciate the constant reminders to pull in my abs. Because of back issues, I cannot do high-impact workouts, so it is good to find something that can help me get aerobic without the jarring. I liked the scenery. I can see how she might get annoying at 60 minutes, but I will probably give that a try some day.

The 30 minute walk which I am reviewing would be good for an absolute beginner.

I did the 30-minute workout first and found it effective and enjoyable. The next day, I did the 60-minute workout and got annoyed after the 35-minute mark. Debbie gets annoying after that time, and I felt that the material added in the longer workout didn't really add that much; it was essentially just more of the same moves rather than anything new. In short, if you're looking for an hour long workout, just do the 30-minute and do something else for the other half-hour.
