This Vinyasa Flow yoga video takes dynamic yoga to a deeper level by integrating rhythmic breathing with conscious movement. As in all physical yoga, you will increase strength and flexibility — and by uniting body and breath, you’ll learn to move from moment to moment with absolute awareness. The practice becomes a meditation in action, and can open you to experience the power of Spirit, the connection between us all.
Seane Corn’s passionate interpretation of this ancient, flowing style of yoga has made her one of the Nation’s most sought-after instructors. In her first-ever Vinyasa yoga video you’ll experience a stunningly intimate program that will leave you feeling you’ve just left a one-on-one yoga lesson — with one of the most compelling and inspiring teachers of our time.
For anyone who wants more from yoga than its physical rewards, this is a practice to strengthen the power of your mind and heart as much as your body — yoga to validate and celebrate the human experience and reconnect you to your personal sense of Spirit.

1:11:46 Let Seane Corn lead you through an hour of Vinyasa yoga. Seane Corn talks about how the Vinyasa practice is all about connecting the dots, it means linking movement and breath, learning how to move moment to moment, movement by movement, breath by breath. The point is not to judge the experience, the point is to get into your body and explore. You link the mind and the body with your breath, you stack and align your bones in an appropriate way so that you can stretch and tone your muscles evenly, and you let your breath guide you through each pose. |

1:02:58 This deep breathing vinyasa video will put you in a meditative state as you get into a flow in both mind and spirit. The key is to follow the breath. There is no sound other than the sound of deep breathing, which will get you into a rhythm of breath as you do poses such as child’s pose, downward facing dog, upward facing dog, cat, forward facing bend, flat back, lunges, planks, triangle, and warrior stances. The emphasis is incorporating the rhythm of breath with the flow of movement. |

Excellent Video to learn or refresh , April 25, 2013
I have been out of my 'active poses' yoga practice for four months, due to a car accident. (I recommend Rodney Yee's Back care video as well by the way.)
I also like Patrricia Walden's practice for beginners as an entry or rentry point, but Seane Corne's video is highly precise as to correct posture, correct alignment, and from where in the body you should initiate movement. I also am very very appreciative of her incorporation of the spiritual aspect of yoga in such an open, frank, and inclusive way. It moved me.
A very beginner may find there is too much to take in at one time...pause and breathe. Or only do 20 min at a time until you feel up to the entire video. Yoga is a slow journey, not a fast flight. Slow down and be kind to yourself. Use props! If you dont want to buy blocks, rubber band a large book closed and start there.
Peace

Excellent Focus on Posture, March 16, 2013
This a great video for beginners who want to slowly move through an introduction vinyasa. Additionally, as someone who has been practicing almost two years, I appreciated the focus on alignment and reminder of how my body should be moving through some of the fundamental poses.

Video quality, January 8, 2013
Very disappointed with the video quality. Many parts seem to play at a higher speed or skip. I am personally familiar with this practice so I know what the instructions are and the pace, but I would be very hesitant to recommend it to someone else who would be trying it for the first time. Awesome practice, horrible video quality.

Amazing instruction, November 24, 2012
I just finished my first practice with Seane Corn and I am impressed. Her instruction for form is outstanding. I learned a lot of tips to improve my postures. Very easy to follow. Wonderful. Loved the ending. Felt ready to take on the day with positivity and grace. I'll be looking for more from Sean Corne.

Absolutely Wonderful, August 25, 2012
Seane Corn's "Uniting Movement and Breath", is absolutely wonderful! She does such an incredible job of teaching in this video - you are conscious of your alignment and understanding more of each pose. In addition to the physical teaching, she adds the breath and spiritual aspect of yoga, for a well rounded practice. Her approach is strong, yet peaceful; confident, yet humble. Marks of an incredible teacher! I can't wait to try her other videos!! Thank you, Giam, and Seane!!

Amazing Video, April 21, 2012
Kellyjo, posted: Sean Corn's Vinyasa Flow is amazing. After doing her video I realized I was doing yoga poses wrong. The instruction is excellent! I highly recommended this video for anyone starting yoga. The video is a great way to program you body to realign your muscles and joints. I had such a realization that my body parts were all moving in different directions and not connected. Thanks Sean, love your patience and the way you instruct.

Excellent Instructional Video, March 8, 2012
Seane Corn's Vinyasa Flow has excellent verbal cues and instructions for correct body alignment. What NOT to do is as - or more - important as what TO do in order to prevent injury to your knees and back. I highly recommend this DVD.

This was my first yoga, February 28, 2012
This was my first yoga session getting back into it after more than a year. Overall, I really liked this, but some parts of it she moves too quickly for a newbie or someone getting back into it to follow. (another thing I think a lot of these videos should try is to have someone who is a little newer or less flexible demonstrate poses, it's hard to know exactly what I'm attempting to do because the instructor can always do them perfectly)
