This one is a good flow for AM, in that it is gentle but gets the heart rate going. I really like how it feels like a complete workout as opposed to a section of a longer one - it includes stretching, breathing, some strength and just a wonderful workout to wake up with.

They are easy to follow and they're not acrobatic like the other yoga videos I watched before. Each program is not long and it targets specific group of muscles. These programs work so well for my schedule being a working mom. The voice of the person on the video sounds so soothing. The people on the video are not young people and they look great ! They inspire me to work and take care of my body. I am hooked !!! Great work out.

The movements flow together easily and the repetition of bending and stretching along with complete breathing instruction can be somewhat vigorous if approached with enthusiasm. I caught a nice "glisten" and felt quite warmed up by the end of this practice. The vocal instruction accompanies the whole section and is really lovely and helpful in keeping the pace.

I did the Conditioning for Weight Loss followed by the Meditation and man do I have some energy now! Before I started I listened to the Interview with Trudie and she was quite the motivation to keep me clearheaded. Quite the sequence. I will be back!

I really enjoyed the slightly faster paced section but it was so short!
I would also like the video to build on the sequence giving some variations.
Also, some of the cues are off and found myself needing to look up often. Like "stand tall" when really you are folding over your legs, that is a poor cue.
Other then that loved the flow and would love a longer version of this video with some standing work.
