TreeCycle (2012)

TreeCycle with Shrenik Rao is a six-part television series of Shrenik Rao's epic cycling journey along the length of India from Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip, to Jammu and Kashmir, the northernmost state. Gathering pledges for planting trees to offset the effects of global warming and spreading the message of a greener environment, Shrenik introduces us to the cities and villages he visits, exposing fascinating aspects of Indian life.

The series also features celebrated authors, environmentalists and other prominent personalities such as Maneka Gandhi, Shashi Tharoor, Gurcharan Das, Purandhareshwari and Sunita Narain.
