This workout is perfect because you don't get super exhausted. It keeps your heart rate high in order to burn a good amout of calories!!

I did this workout for the first time today. The workouts I typically do are more intense with a lot of jumping around etc. This was a nice change of pace and got my heart rate elevated nicely at times without having to do a lot of thinking. :) It's nice to use a band from time to time instead of free weights to keep the body guessing.
