I needed a little pep talk, and it was nice to see regular women talking about daily challenges and positive lifestyle adjustments. I felt more hopeful after watching this.

I just couldn't get over the "music". So much great, energizing music out there, and this is all they could come up with? I don't mean to be rude, but I just had to stop. Not one of my favorites, I'm sorry to say.
