36:34 In this first session of Strength Building Yoga, Rodney Yee guides you through a series of challenging Vinyasa and inverted poses. Vinyasa is a series of flowing poses, linking breath and movement that are designed to help you develop power and stamina. The inverted poses help you to experience your body in a new way. They help you to learn how to build your endurance and increase self confidence while soothing nerves and increasing your vitality. Working through these sections will improve the alignment of your spine and release the tension found in the back and shoulders. |

26:27 In the second session of Strength Building Yoga, Rodney Yee guides you through a balance and strength practice to tone muscles and enhance self confidence. It begins with a Vinyasa warm-up then moves to standing poses to build balance. Then it ends with Rodney guiding you through the set-up of some fairly difficult poses, such as Crane Pose and Pendulum Pose. Do not be discouraged, if at first, you are not successful. Your strength will develop naturally if you listen to what your body is telling you and you give yourself the time to discover Yoga’s many rewards. |

video problems, March 29, 2012
1. The video descriptions need to include a list of poses.
2. The video was choppy, froze and sped up at will. I've not had this problem before, so perhaps there is something wrong with the file?
