a simple routine and easy to follow especially if you are a bit under the weather, some of the poses are not held too long maybe a couple of breaths all very achievable. The funny thing is when she was in boat I saw her fingers went to her ankles and then I noted mine just go past my knees so I learnt a bit about my anatomy and why I then couldn't touch my heels in bridge pose. A really nice intro to ujjayi and some info on detoxing. Thank you

Excellent video! I found the sequencing to have the right timing for my needs/abilities. The instruction was clear. Incorporating the breath into the practice is appreciated greatly! I will definitely will follow this video instruction again.

I just completed the instruction-only version of Twist and Flow and loved it! Her voice is calming, the music is appropriate (relaxing!), and the actual pose sequence was refreshing. I was looking for something to relax me and energize me at the same time, and this did the trick. The prayers at the beginning and end of the video were great as well! I will definitely do this again!

I really like her style--I prefer the instruction only, because it's always been a challenge for me to coordinate my breath with movement. This helped me focus, and without sneaking a look to see what she was doing. I'm fairly experienced with yoga, but no expert, but her instructions really felt right. Very satisfying. Will do more with her.

I really liked twist and flow a lot. Purify was a good practice, but it was so annoying how every time you got into a posture, she was really preachy about a subject - like food - then you'd be introduced into another pose and she picked up with the preaching. In the twist and flow she addressed these issues in a more natural way, without inserting it when ever possible. Good yoga, but odd commentary and very off putting.

This video was just what I needed today! I had been great at doing yoga for years, and then took a year off and have found myself discouraged with my weight gain (had a new baby recently) and limited progress. I thought this was the perfect video! I loved the affirmations and reminders- I have been poisoning my body with things that are not healthy or good, and this was perfect! This video reminded me this is a journey, and to take it one day at a time. Excellent! Will be doing this again!

This was relatively quick, is great for both beginners and well seasoned yogis, and was surprisingly spiritually uplifting. I felt physically and spiritually rejuvenated at the end of this video. Will definitely be doing this again.

This practice delivers what it promises. In the beginning, I was worried that she would be too preachy throughout because it begins with some gentle stretching and self reflection, with the teacher probing your lifestyle choices.

I'm really glad I stuck with it because after a few minutes of confronting my shadow side, I was led through about 45 minutes of standing poses with lots of twisting and forward bends. It's very energizing and delicious. Beginners will find it challenging but not unrealistic or difficult to follow at all. The pace is not too fast but still flowing. She winds it down with a transition into a bit of core activation, backbending and heavenly stretches for the back of the legs and hips on the floor.

She is a masterful teacher whose guidance is direct yet very touching. Her cues are straightforward and she delivers nuggets of wisdom that resonate on many levels while she lets you relax into the deep release poses. Her closing intention and gratitude moved me almost to tears.

I definitely feel like I let go of a lot of energetic blockages and personal resentments. This is a practice I will return to when I need to get rid of the yucky feeling that sometimes accumulates.

worked up some heat ... very nice flow and pace...lots of forward folding...felt it deep in my right hip and now feeling pain..felt better to bend knees on the way well used blocks when doing the one leg forward fold and twist instead of trying to reach for floor ...also used wall in standing balances...ahimsa....

Love both of these sequences. I have been doing yoga for only a year, and I enjoy Detox for an AM boost before work 2-3 days of the week. Purify is for my off days when I have more time to dedicate. Some of the poses in Purify are difficult for me, but the block is my friend and I am working up to them. The narration is very educational in parts, sort of hippie dippie in other parts, but the ques are very good. After a few times with narration, the instructional only form is the way to go in order to more fully focus on your body and breath. I highly recommend this!
