I love this practice and Seane Corn is wonderful.

The streaming, however, does not work AT ALL. I've written to Customer Service twice. Someone eventually got back to me but the suggestions did not work. I don't mind a few seconds of buffering once or twice during a video, but for the last couple months I cannot watch any videos without buffering lasting as long as ten minutes (not just this video). I have put off cancelling my membership because I don't have access to yoga and fitness classes in English and I love these videos; I've been a member for over three years. But I set aside an hour today and I spent it watching a frozen screen.

From the music, to the pacing, to the instruction, to the message to be in touch, this mostly standing practice felt just wonderful.
Thank you!

One note: As a holistic psychotherapist, I think the suggestion to let go of anger, grief, etc. can feel like an emotional straight-jacket unless the time is right. When we force ourselves to let go before we are ready it can feel like self-inflicted violence. Just one more "should."

The video is still skipping and stopping. Not as badly as yesterday but still can't do the practice.

@KSERENA - We are so sorry for any frustration. Someone from our Customer Service department will be in contact with you.

I experienced the same issues that Stefan45 described below. Is is possible that there is a problem with this file? When other videos get stuck they pick up where they stopped. This one just jumped to where it would have been if it had played continuously.

I will try Sean's practice again soon. She is a great teacher?

@VASEEKER - We are so sorry for any frustration. We will look into any issues there may be with this video and someone from our Customer Service department will contact you to discuss any possible troubleshooting with the media player.

I'm really happy to have stumbled on the Gaiam TV offerings just now, as I start out 2015 with new commitments to self, healing, and responsibility. Already having a connection with Seane's teachings and style, I was and am excited to be utilizing this series. It is quite frustrating how the player behaves.. there is a lot of skipping, stopping, and jumping around within the content. I have a good internet connection. I'm not sure what the problem is.

If .. when there needed time for buffering, the player simply paused, waited and then started again, I could survive better (simply breathing out a pose till the video catches again).. but as a beginner, I am getting easily lost and confused, stranded in poses because the player will jump forward and backwards without indication, often times, I have to break the flow, mess with the video to find a place kind of where I was, .. and start again.. more harmful, is when I'm in a pose, and not able to be watching the screen, and the instruction skips, adding instruction seamlessly into what I'm doing, but which is not meant for the pose I'm in.

For now, I will be focussing on downloading the content to watch it clean, and avoiding the streaming.

beautiful flow- she is so clear and calm in her instructions- one of the best- more Seane Corn please

gab, posted on September 3, 2014

a simple routine and easy to follow especially if you are a bit under the weather, some of the poses are not held too long maybe a couple of breaths all very achievable. The funny thing is when she was in boat I saw her fingers went to her ankles and then I noted mine just go past my knees so I learnt a bit about my anatomy and why I then couldn't touch my heels in bridge pose. A really nice intro to ujjayi and some info on detoxing. Thank you

SpiritWings, posted on August 13, 2014

Excellent video! I found the sequencing to have the right timing for my needs/abilities. The instruction was clear. Incorporating the breath into the practice is appreciated greatly! I will definitely will follow this video instruction again.

stephlah12, posted on August 7, 2014

I just completed the instruction-only version of Twist and Flow and loved it! Her voice is calming, the music is appropriate (relaxing!), and the actual pose sequence was refreshing. I was looking for something to relax me and energize me at the same time, and this did the trick. The prayers at the beginning and end of the video were great as well! I will definitely do this again!

samanthaboiss, posted on May 19, 2014

Really like her instruction style - very grounding, yet fluid. Really enjoyed the ending mantra.

JyotiB, posted on April 15, 2014

Really enjoyed it,,,,nice clear instructions and moderately paced for beginners.

Justina1983, posted on March 18, 2014

I really like her yoga style. I love the prayer before and after and I feel so relaxed afterwards.

janie_mcqueen, posted on March 17, 2014

I really like her style--I prefer the instruction only, because it's always been a challenge for me to coordinate my breath with movement. This helped me focus, and without sneaking a look to see what she was doing. I'm fairly experienced with yoga, but no expert, but her instructions really felt right. Very satisfying. Will do more with her.

myant3, posted on October 22, 2013

Gave me exactly what I needed at this moment. Great instruction of correct posture and form. Will practice again!

marilia.lins, posted on October 18, 2013

Nice practice and wonderful words! Thank you so much for that!

bpugliano1, posted on October 14, 2013

I really liked twist and flow a lot. Purify was a good practice, but it was so annoying how every time you got into a posture, she was really preachy about a subject - like food - then you'd be introduced into another pose and she picked up with the preaching. In the twist and flow she addressed these issues in a more natural way, without inserting it when ever possible. Good yoga, but odd commentary and very off putting.

j9cell, posted on April 4, 2014

She has two versions of each video: "preachy" as you put it and an instruction only version. She states that at the beginning of the video.

libertyann, posted on August 14, 2013

I love everything she does!

Smiley.karen, posted on August 3, 2013

This is what our body and minds need - enjoyed the practice - found the pace perfect to concentrate on twists and breath. Thank you!

kissa113, posted on July 13, 2013

The sequence is challenging yet easy to follow and slow enough to easily stay connected with your breath. I love Sean's suggestions to improve your physical and emotional health.

MellissaR, posted on June 30, 2013

This video was just what I needed today! I had been great at doing yoga for years, and then took a year off and have found myself discouraged with my weight gain (had a new baby recently) and limited progress. I thought this was the perfect video! I loved the affirmations and reminders- I have been poisoning my body with things that are not healthy or good, and this was perfect! This video reminded me this is a journey, and to take it one day at a time. Excellent! Will be doing this again!

kmcmaken, posted on June 15, 2013

Love this. I come back to it again and again.

ah1017, posted on June 6, 2013

This was relatively quick, is great for both beginners and well seasoned yogis, and was surprisingly spiritually uplifting. I felt physically and spiritually rejuvenated at the end of this video. Will definitely be doing this again.

Veggie210, posted on May 16, 2013

I needed this today and needed to be reminded of my own guiding principles. Will definitely keep this one in my rotation.

PTerzino, posted on May 13, 2013

This is just what I needed! Easy to follow and filled with great affirmations. Thoroughly enjoyable.

BARBARAV6, posted on May 9, 2013

I don't know where the problem is but I can not understand the teacher. Her voice is very muffled and the music sounds louder than her voice.

jtatum5655, posted on May 8, 2013

Easy to follow instructions and no pose too challenging. Instructor's voice is soothing and adds to the flow of this routine. I know I will be coming back to this video. Wonderful way to begin the day or wind down in the evening.

Purifying both body and spirit! Just what I needed today! With gratitude, Liliana.

I really enjoyed this and I know I will make it a regular part of my routine. This is exactly the type of programming I love.

Sheena, posted on April 29, 2013

This practice delivers what it promises. In the beginning, I was worried that she would be too preachy throughout because it begins with some gentle stretching and self reflection, with the teacher probing your lifestyle choices.

I'm really glad I stuck with it because after a few minutes of confronting my shadow side, I was led through about 45 minutes of standing poses with lots of twisting and forward bends. It's very energizing and delicious. Beginners will find it challenging but not unrealistic or difficult to follow at all. The pace is not too fast but still flowing. She winds it down with a transition into a bit of core activation, backbending and heavenly stretches for the back of the legs and hips on the floor.

She is a masterful teacher whose guidance is direct yet very touching. Her cues are straightforward and she delivers nuggets of wisdom that resonate on many levels while she lets you relax into the deep release poses. Her closing intention and gratitude moved me almost to tears.

I definitely feel like I let go of a lot of energetic blockages and personal resentments. This is a practice I will return to when I need to get rid of the yucky feeling that sometimes accumulates.

marystavrou, posted on April 27, 2013

worked up some heat ... very nice flow and pace...lots of forward folding...felt it deep in my right hip and now feeling pain..felt better to bend knees on the way well used blocks when doing the one leg forward fold and twist instead of trying to reach for floor ...also used wall in standing balances...ahimsa....
listened to the full narration first but looking forward to hearing the one without all the thoughts and philosophy so I can go more inward...found her cues were good enough to close eyes and drishti, posted on April 23, 2013

Just like she said in the end, "may the peace within us all, unite us all..." Great practice!
