Not usually into yoga, January 14, 2012
I have vowed with some friends of mine to do more yoga, because I am typically so high strung. This was perfect for me! None of the moves were too difficult or over the top for someone that isn't use to doing yoga. I did the twist and flow one. Moves were explained well and I will be coming back to this one again.

Perfect for a newbie, January 11, 2012
I'm fairly new to yoga. This was a great video for me. Easy enough. I just need to work on flexibility for many of the poses. I can see myself coming back to this one a lot to see progress in my movements.
