I am very much interested in exploring and expanding my consciousness with yoga for the beginner but I am unable to sit for any length of time before pain disrupts my concentration. This is my first yoga video and first time trying yoga. Rodney's explanations are very helpful. I started with the pose guide. I was slightly sore throughout the day which means I had worked muscles I'm not used to. I look forward to his other videos. I'm even joining a yoga studio. Thanks Rodney!

I enjoyed the lower body stretches on this set, which makes it nice for those sitting in a desk all afternoon. I would have liked a bit more upper body or neck (esp since it's a PM exercise). Office workers and busy people often have neck and lower back pains they are trying to de-stress from.
