Rodney rocks! He and Colleen are amazing in person. His Advanced Studies at Karuna Yoga in Northampton, MA is an experience that I just want to soak up year after year. Excellent instruction in the Foundation practice.

I really liked "Clean it Out". It was simple and effective. Good for a morning routine or any simple stretch after a workout.
