I purchased this series of videos on DVD a few months ago and it turned me on to yoga. From there I joined Gaiam TV and I love it! Out of all of the instructors that I have watched Rodney Yee is by far my favorite.

Love how Rodney creates a, January 27, 2013
Love how Rodney creates a Flow for your entire week. Starting with foundation, strength,...and a cleanse! I can go further into the poses. I recently did heart openers for the first time and infused it with a green light during my peak pose. I got soooo emotional!!! This helped me find a balance. I had to do core work and a detox to feel balanced.

Rodney and Colleen are amazing instructors, that being said, I am new to daily Yoga and found both days were very fast paced. It would have been a bit easier for me to have it slowed down just a bit between instruction and poses.

Day 2 Energize, September 29, 2012
The words are behind the movement. Whens I look up to see what Colleen is doing, she is doing the next pose or sequence. Very frustrating. I would love to see this edited or redone with the voice over. I like to listen and do without always looking at the screen. I like the sequence, though it is pretty fast paced, and I was unfamiliar with a couple of poses.

Rodney rocks! He and Colleen are amazing in person. His Advanced Studies at Karuna Yoga in Northampton, MA is an experience that I just want to soak up year after year. Excellent instruction in the Foundation practice.
