Lovely scenery, lovely music but difficult to follow, August 24, 2012
The setting is gorgeous and calming and the music is gentle and soothing but I found it not relaxing or restorative trying to keep wrenching my neck out of the pose to look and see if it was time to move to the next pose. If there was just a little music cue, like a chime or something to let us know to change, or a simple voice over it would be fine. It's easy enough to follow along but I found this video totally useless without these audio guides.

I didn't like this one. Unlike the AM Yoga for Your Day series, we never held a pose long enough to really feel a stretch. I did this in the morning and wasn't able to work out the kinks from sleeping the night before.
