I felt such an opening throughout this practice. I love Rodney Yee's style - i rarely have to look the video, i just follow his voice. This was also very energizing just as the title suggests. I liked the fast paced transitions... good for my heart!

I love this sequence. Challenging but relaxing. I think the transitions are perfectly timed. Having a lot of trouble with videos freezing on Gaiam TV though.

This was a great flow - but like many others I found the transitions far to quick. I would just be settling into one pose and realize I was 2 poses behind.

Agree that the transitions are a bit quick- getting back to my practice after some time off put my at risk for injury while doing the Connect series. I will do this again, though, because I LOVE the music and the series of movement- at one point I actually felt my breath moving up through the soles of my feet while in down dog. I love the way he brings your energy up and then settles you down full circle. Definitely felt connected. Can't wait to try the other series!!

The transitions between the moves are too fast-- there is no time to take your breaths and get through push-up, cobra, down dog... before it's already halfway through the next pose. Dislike.

I like the background much better than the desert. I did not like the Connect section because it was very repetitive, and the poses moved fast whereas the cueing could have been a bit ahead. By the time I got there he had moved on. Of course, if I did this many times I would eventually learn the order, however, it was so repetitious I won't be doing it again. Perhaps some of the other sections have a different flow. I will see.

I loved this one. Challenging but not killer. Was glad for scenery other than his stereo-typical ocean. And refreshing somehow to see him age - I must have only been seeing 20 year old videos!

I liked the flow- especially Sun Sal 2.

I'm a huge Rodney fan but I wasn't keen on the music in this. I found it rather manic and distracting. I also found the hard to synchronize my breathing with this sequence. Still a great yoga workout though.

Didn't feel this routine did much for me. I won't do this one again.

awesome

I love this sequence...I was looking for something a little harder than beginner, but many labeled intermediate are still too hard for me. I have seen a lot of improvement from using this sequence. Thank you Rodney!!

Awesome Sequence. It was tough but was also meditative :)

Excellent flow but I wish it were longer. (-:

Wow! Loved the way Rodney incorporated standing poses with Sun Salutations. A great rigorous practice!
