There is about 25 min of good challenging workout here. The rest is kinda silly. Standing still and lifting/lowering my arms isn't a work out.

I was really distracted because of the bad music.

I like Anna's tapes, she is great. This tape has some great exercises but not enough clarification about body placement, especially in the standing and lunging work. Where should the feet, hips and heels be?
Thanks very much.

I enjoyed how quick the different moves were and how easy the routine was to follow!
