The rumors are true this guy is pathetic. I will refrain from insulting his intelligence but his personality is toxic and his "teaching" style needs some real work. GaimTV you can do better.

Okay, well he isn't the best trainer in the world regarding all the right things to say...such as "modification version" and "shoulder length apart". And he is inappropriate with his staff which I kinda got disgusted by...but if you ignore this and all the times he says ok...the workout itself is not bad and I am feeling my arms burning right now. I really wish he was given better direction, and at the end there he looked a little lost (I thought we were getting ready to go a little harder) but overall the workout itself was not bad...what else do we expect from the situation anyway...

The routine is very well done, and I get a kick out of The Situation. His tone of voice & choice of words just makes me laugh!
