This workout is perfect for me. I've been a Mari fan for years but I've been so busy at work, I've neglected my body and lost energy. I do this workout (Superfast Body blast) on the weekends and the 10 minute Total Body workout every week day. This routine has increased my energy and endurance and my body is really getting toned. Thank you Mari!

I love Mari Windor, but I found this workout to be a little too easy for me. Would be great for someone new to pilates, as Mari explains the moves thoroughly. (For someone who's already familiar with the moves, this means a lot of waiting around for exercises to start while they're explained. I just did extra reps while I waited, but next time I'll opt for a more advanced workout.)
