I usually like a faster paced and touger Pilates workout than this, but for technicality and grace, you can't beat Mari Winsor. I like to add her videos to the mix because of her emphasis on form and style--the faster paced videos often don't check your form or offer frequent reminders, and she helps me improve my technique and do the routines correctly. I would not call this Cardio, though. More like a Pilates tune-up. ;)

This says "cardio pilates" not only is it not cardio, but the instructor talks too much while you are waiting to do an exercise. Didn't even break a sweat!

This is too basic to be called "cardio" pilates and there is too much instruction so the workout pauses frequently.

Grest instruction. Great for a beginner, if you have Pilates background this might be too basic and move too slowly.
