Mandy brings a fun and light atmosphere to this workout. The music was wrong for a workout video and the video editing was also a bit rough in some sections. I hope to see more from her soon!

Will try the coaching version.

Once in down dog, I gave up....I was getting annoyed not having verbal cues to tell me what to do next. Yoga isn't supposed to create stress! Probably won't do this one again.

annamichellemyers, posted on January 13, 2014

Wouldn't say its for beginners, the ab exercises weren't easy! Defintely not yoga, but felt good afterwards - great toning exercises for the butt!!

Estella.Bustos, posted on September 8, 2013

The video with cues is much better

Great workout. Hit every muscle group I need. I would recommend to anyone looking for a toning exercise and wants to have fun doing it!

I love this workout! It seems to work through the whole body in 40 minutes. I've been alternating it with more traditional yoga to incorporate more stretching and such, but I've been doing it every other day and I feel great! Thanks for sharing, Mandy!

Excellent exercise, but definitely not a yoga practice, rather a yoga-inspired workout. Mandy Ingber seems like a very fun lady, someone who would be fun to go clubbing with, but her focus on physical appearance irritated me a bit. She's not terrible about it, I think I'm just hyper-sensitive to such things so I didn't appreciate that it came up at all. There is enough focus on weight and physical appearance in the media, I don't need it in my yoga practice. In my mind, yoga should be about you as an individual and your own personal growth (physically and mentally), not about how you look (this is a lovely side effect, but should not be the sole motivation). Overall this is a fun and well-rounded workout, it's just not quite yoga.

We implemented a fix to the video on iPAD. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please add the video...very frustrating!

rbsoundguy, posted on July 9, 2013

We have only sound...no picture

I love traditional yoga but this routine is great when I want to tone but don't feel like doing weights. I agree that she's very pleased with her own body, but I would be too if I looked like her.

hansenka, posted on June 16, 2013

You can add me to the video not working--only getting audio (ipad user)

mcelveen.erin, posted on June 12, 2013

As a fan of Rodney Yee, I was reluctant to try Mandy... but I'm glad I did. I really dig her personality... she makes me want to work harder. I will definitely add this to my weekly routine.

This is not a classic yoga class, there was no warm up, intention setting. I couldn't get throught to the end so I am not sure there was even a sivasana. I felt she was not a yoga instructor but someone with a great body( knows it and shares that knowledge with us unabashedly) who is doing a butt and leg toning workout that happens to include yoga-like poses. Bouncing poses creates bulk, holding creates lengthening. The Golgi tendon organs shortens the muscle when you bounce...yoga is supposed to lengthening muscles. Audio worked for me.

I like her narration and the poses. Great practice.

Easy to memorize and practice daily even if you only have a little time to fit in some movement! I LOVE this video! Mandy is funny, smart and keeps it real :)

jeenie56, posted on October 4, 2012

OK, nice idea to have silence but you cannot follow the sequence without coming out of the pose every few seconds to look at the screen to see what you are supposed to be doing.

psykosprite, posted on September 20, 2012

I wasn't so sure about this at first because the instructor sounded a bit too bubbly to get me in "the zone" but after a while I was cracking up and it made me feel good. I wasn't particularly challenged during the video, but I felt it the next day! The only thing I didn't like was a lack of instuction going from one pose to another. For instance if my head is down how can I tell if we're changing sides if she's talking about the seagulls overhead? Funny yeah, but I lost evenness on timing from one side to the other for sure.

karenaidala, posted on July 10, 2012

Mandy 'keeps it real' durning this workout. She is my kind of woman- smart, funny, encouraging and POSITIVE. This is a seriously challenging and FUN workout!!!! :)

barikoralband, posted on June 17, 2012

if this is jennifer aniston's answer to a yoga teacher- personally I think she could dig a little deeper! I for one do not need to be thinking about the size of my inner thighs or how toned by butt is while I'm doing "yoga" (and would prefer my teacher not call it to my attention as well) so I wouldn't exactly call this yoga, but it's a fun flow and helps build strength and endurance.

nicoled, posted on May 17, 2012

This is definitely not a yoga practice, although she works in yoga poses. A great toning, sculpting workout though! Feeling the burn!

ivyangelina, posted on March 11, 2012

Loved her sense of humor and worked up a sweat

evie, posted on February 18, 2012

great workout to do between yoga sessions. I definitely felt the burn

mizcrash, posted on February 8, 2012

Very funny and great workout. What a cool combination :)

HelloAnya, posted on January 26, 2012

Holy cow! Great workout. And Mandy cracked me up and kept it lighthearted even in the toughest poses/exercises. Yea, I felt the burn and it was awesome!

First I was thrown off by how workout oriented this video is. But once I let that go, i loved it. Super effective and the instructor cracked me up.
