I love, love, love working out with kettlebells. I have been working out with them since early January (about 4 months). However, I stopped this video after 18 minutes because I didn't think the exercises were safe for the lower back. I have a set of kettlebell work-outs from Kettleworx and I think it is better to stick with them for my kettlebell workouts. Here are the reasons for staying with Kettleworx: focus is on good form and there is a wide variety of exercises for all muscles of the body during each workout. When just one or two exercises are done at such a fast pace (as in the Kettlenetic workouts), your muscles tend to weaken and injury can occur.

I have taken classes before and the moves were similar. If you are using anything heavier than the 3lb kettle bell that they are using, you have to go slower. I was using a 10 and realized this quickly.

Great video.

I am an intermediate. Have had some personal training with kettlebells and am familiar with most moves. She does not state the weight of the bell she is using. I used a 10lb and found that many moves seemed too fast for the weight. I did however like the moves and found that when I did them just a little slower than the video, I could achieve the proper form
