I do many of J's workouts. This one is definitely a butt-kicker for the 30 minutes it is. It is challenging and though I've been working out for over 13 years straight I still cannot do some of the moves. Great one!

I didn't think much of this workout as I was doing it. In my opinion, it didn't live up to the hype that Jillian Michaels created around it...BUT did I feel in the next day. Man! It felt like someone kicked me in my back ribs! A lot of challenging oblique exercises

Great calorie burner. Also, if you do the moves correctly, this workout serves as a yoga/pilates/plyo/resistance workout. Perfect!

But quick paced. Easy to hurt your back if you're not experienced at this kind of ab work out, so just be careful
