I like that each circuit has its own video, that way you can easily pick and choose which circuits you want to do and it doesn't feel so routine-y. When doing 3-4 videos its doesn't seem as if you've been working out for 20-30 minutes like the videos that go straight thru. It also helps that everyday people and not fitness buffs are performing these routines. Wish there were more to choose from.

Similar to the "Backside series" this workout is great for everyone. If you are beginner, it is definitely manageable. If you are more advanced then you can simply add more weight and do more reps. It is straightforward and easy to follow. I did 1, 2, and 3 on one day, and then 4, 5, and 6 the next. It is a great workout.
