I really enjoyed this workout! It is a lot of movement, which keeps your heart rate up and there is great sculpting moves! The 40 minutes flew by because I was so busy and I was weak when finished!

I can always get a good workout with the firm. I don't know about their older videos but anything since 2005 is pretty current with the classes I attend at the gym.

If you are looking for a sculpting workout that involves stretch with power, this is the workout for you. The cardio bursts are challenging, so if you're not ready, just modify them for your fitness level.

Unnecessarily complicated moves. I would prefer to do each move longer to reach fatigue. Instead I found we bounced around so quickly it was all cardio and no strength. I also found the instructions could have been more clear. For example, why refer to a lunge as a dip?

I may have cursed a few times while doing this video - it gave me that good of a sweat! Very creative compound moves made for never a dull moment, with "POWER" intervals mixed in that kept my heart rate up the entire time. I'll surely be feelign this one tomorrow.

This is probably a fine workout but why make the moves so complex? You would need to do this every day to memorise her next move and not end up jumping around like a clown. This just brought back my embarrassing step class memories. I suppose it keeps the interest for some but I prefer the Jillian Edwards and Jackie Warner style of tough but simple!

I have done 5 of the Firm workouts since signing up for GaiamTV. This is by far my favorite of the Firm workouts I have done. I have enjoyed them all but I continue to go back to this one as I try others. She is the best (very clear to prompt you) at instruction and I sweat the most with this one! its hard but worth it!

This 40 min workout was fantastic! I got a terrific workout and sweat! This was my first time with this instructor and I am definitely going to come back for more. She is a great motivator! Thank you!!!

Thorough and efficient, mixing cardio intervals with sculpting. Rebekah Sturkie is a good instructor, and I really like how she commands the workout without being annoying. It's also really nice to hear an instructor huff and puff through a workout. Haven't tried the 15-minute express workout, but I'll definitely be coming back to the full-length 40-minute one. This is another win by The Firm.

This workout really works those tough areas for many women: hips, buns, thighs, stomach, back, and triceps. It's warm-up is deceptively simple, but the mid-way mark in this workout had me huffing and puffing. It's in my top 3 favorite Firm workout videos. I love Rebecca as an instructor. I feel that to get the best results in this video, it is extremely important to watch form (in this video more than others).
