Fall fitness challenge, September 12, 2012
This is a great 10-minute beginner ab workout. They were easy to do and I could enjoy them from the comfort of my living room. These would be great for 10 minute fitness "breaks" during the day. I look forward to trying the other videos out.

These are highly efficient, June 14, 2012
These are highly efficient 10-minute ab workouts. I'm a fitness veteran, and I liked these because there is at least one move in all three routines that I have never done. The standing abs was especially innovative. I only wish there were more reps to each workout, but in the end it's quality over quantity, and I think constantly switching moves and adding variations makes for a dynamic, interesting workout (crunches can get old fast, after all). Combine all three videos into an effective 30-minute ab routine like I did.
