I really enjoyed this, June 20, 2012
I really enjoyed this workout! To me, it was very intense and definitely a great workout for the legs. However, I was disappointed in the lack of actual cardio in this workout; the only jumping was in between squats and lunges. Three of the sections seemed to be strength training with weights, squats and lunges, and the kickboxing cardio section didn't do anything for me. Overall it's a great workout that focuses on strength training though!

Could you PLEASE tell me why this video can only be done in snippets? I loved this workout but you really lose your momentum when you have to stop and start the next one, wait for it to buffer, then play! Put it back together please! As you have it here, it gets 2 stars! When it's done continuously, it gets 5!
