I see a trainer twice a week and am in moderate to very good condition. With a dancers background I found this workout fun and easy to pick up. Like all videos, once I memorize it I am bored, but this is great for an off day calorie burn!

Patricia Moreno is a good teacher with style and grace. She manages to break a pretty complex dance combo down to its simplest patterns, spending short "intervals" building technique and footwork. The combo is solid, not cheesy like in other videos. I'm no dancer, but I am at an intermediate fitness level. This was pretty fun and I did work up a mild sweat. The only slight disadvantage is that it is pretty lengthy, but there's a 30-minute cutdown version that I might try in the future. This video might be good for an "off" day when you want to focus less on cardio and sculpting and more on fat-burning and building lean muscle. I'll probably come back to this one.
