Good for back strengthening, alignment, and back fluidity, February 9, 2013
Just came from chiropractic strengthening. I am not a beginner. I am definitely intermediate/advanced. I am looking for core exercises that promote strengthing the back, elongating the spine, and gentle muscle toning of the back. This provided all three. When you take your time to realy concentrate on all the moves, you get a great spinal workout routine. If you are a beginner, this is definitely not the one-two-three-four, however, I am not a beginner, so I picked up all the moves without being lead into it. Will do this again when I need a cardio boost and want to make sure I get a great back stretch/strength in.
