"Cardio" Practice, January 17, 2013
I read the previous reviews that said there was nothing cardio about this workout but thought that since I'm, shall we say, extra-curvy, it would still be cardio for me. Not so. My heartrate was up for maybe a few minutes? Very disappointed. And yeah, the guy is rather creepy.

Just no, November 15, 2012
To me, the instructor "putting emphasis on placement and allignment" gave me the creeps. He was touchy and rubby and his obvious lack of core strength really didn't make me trust him. I got about halfway through the cardio workout before deciding that he was way too touchy and there was nothing cardio about it. I am really sad because I wanted to take a class-like online class, this is not it.

fairly instructive, October 27, 2012
I enjoyed this although it was not really vinyasa flow. I liked how the instructor put emphasis on placement and alignment.

power yoga core, October 22, 2012
background music is too loud, difficult to hear and concentrate on the teacher.

Very good needs, October 5, 2012
This is a segment taken from a full practice and needs savasana at the end. Otherwise a very nice short yoga routine.

Yoga? Really?, September 14, 2012
Yeah, not so much. This guy never gets on the mat, just walks around and touches his female demonstrators a lot. I'm sure they needed ädjustments"...And there's nothing cardio about that segment.

Core Power Yoga, September 14, 2012
Wonderful workout -- easy to follow, very strengthening and after the entire practice I felt invigorated. I hope he makes a Core Power yoga for intermediate soon!
