Although I have been practicing yoga for awhile now, Sadie's program is a great refresher course in how to use my breath and core to move into and out of each pose. My back never hurts!!

I actually really love this. I haven't yet been able to go through all of the videos. I only was able to make it as far as "core salutations", but so far, it has been amazing!! I feel so great and invigorated after the workouts and Sadie definitely provides a bunch of challenging poses, though she also constantly reminds us that we should go on our own pace and as much as we can handle. It is definitely focused on "core" strengthening, and you will definitely feel the burn in the stomach many, many times while doing the yoga sequences.

If you're looking to build core strength, this is the yoga routine to start with. Sadie Nardini not only offers a challenge to beginning or advanced students alike, but she does so with an inspiring smile throughout. I've been practicing for several years and am so glad I found this DVD -- it's starting to transform my yoga! Even simple warrior and sun salutation postures have been taken to a whole new level of integrity and strength. If you're like me and looking to build stamina in your inversions and flexibility in your hips, shoulders and wrists, this is a great workout.
