I did get a little sweat going, but I have to agree with an earlier reviewer who said it was boring compared to Jillian Michaels. Also - be forewarned that as Gaiam is streaming this at present, there is no warm up. However, it is short, and low impact. I would use this again if I was in a time crunch, or having a really bad knee day.

OMG this video series is soooo boring! After doing a Jillian Michaels video this one is painful to watch. She needs to move and change it up.

I did the upper body, followed by the core energizer. The upper body workout is essentially a primer to the moves. The core energizer worked up a light sheen of sweat and also provided nice toning for the midsection, back, and arms. It's possible to do another workout with, but it's a nice alternative for a day when you want a workout that doesn't require "omg" effort.

Excellent core workout, felt like i gained do much just from the short dvd. Loved the way she reminds you how to keep your posture - so important and i usually forget that!!
