A creative workout, January 30, 2013
I like this workout! What a creative use of an exercise ball. The lower body/cardio work is intense, holding the ball challenges your arms and upper body, and in general anything using the ball engages your core too. The grass and mountain setting and gentle music make for a pleasant workout environment. I like.
