Thought I was doing great with the yoga part, but didn't even get all the way through the second video. Now I guess I've made myself an unexpected goal!!!

Felt that one!, February 6, 2012
I rarely do yoga, but certainly feel the desire and need to as I get older. I was able to do each of the moves as he explained them well. I did the first workout titled Yoga that was 21 minutes long. I did this when I first woke up and my whole body feels energized. Really felt every muscle in my body working and my heart rate was elevated a bit as well.

Strong legs and core stretch and workout, January 2, 2012
Enjoyed the leg and core work out. The use of upward facing dog and the vinyasa really helps strengthen the arms as well.
