Great for the morning after an intense workout, September 20, 2012
This guy is a fabulous instructor. He clearly identifies WHEN your pose needs to change, keeps you on track with breathing, notifies what's coming up next and how to modify or enhance the stretches as needed. I did the hip opener video after a workout the night before when my hammies and legs were KILLING me and wow did this really help. It was definitely a bit of a stretch (no pun intended) to do some of the poses, but it felt amazing to nail every area of my legs.

Great for runners, January 23, 2012
I knew my hips were tight, but after doing this routine, I discovered that they were a lot tighter that I thought! I like to run, so this was perfect for the days in between runs.
