So appreciate his calm, peaceful and grounded approach and instruction. His Iyengar based training comes through so clearly. I enjoyed this class which I first did years ago. Was nice to come back to after a long walk this AM.

I love this, and do both everyday. I'm travelling though, so I don't always have internet. I tried to download this for the purple player, but it won't work. I tried another different video, which did work. I think this one has some issue, which is just too bad!

This was my first yoga video ever, I received it as a gift about 15 years ago. Tonight I decided to revisit this (now long lost DVD), it brought back the delight of the first time discovering yoga! Such a great memory and experience!

Patricia's postures are so inspiring, an example, when seated in dandasana, top half body is in tadasana ! If I don't look at bottom half I would have thought she is standing instead of sitting. Most are "short" but she is "tall" in dandasana. Love her instructions, pace of class, and soothing voice too. Thank you for making this class available !

I've been doing this video for years, originally as a dvd. (Well, two because I kept misplacing them.) I've always looked forward to starting my morning with this lovely stretch and meditation. It's amazing who calm and energized I feel to take on the day. I'm so glad this and other great yoga videos are available online.

About 17 yrs ago I began my journey w/ ~ Gaiam videos. Our community had no yoga studio & home practice via VHS was the only way, then.
Susan Deason & Rodney Yee were featured in a series, which on occasion I still use. However, replaced since w/ CD versions.
***This particular sequence I revisit often, when I may not feel like putting a whole hour into my daily (sometimes 2x) practice.
A special thanks to all the teachers for the wisdom shared in these videos. I am grateful to Gaiam for this site & My Yoga Online, as I can continue at home or mobile w/ my devotion to yoga & great health. Living in a remote Northern Ontario city, we have limited resources but at 55, I credit my strength & good health to having taking the time daily (even when I didn't want to) to learn the art of yoga.

I've done yoga for years and actually found it hard to follow...plus twists without warming up, I find, are dangerous. Dislike the idea of beginners not feeling up to "put your head on your shins." There must be better ones to dive in here!

I had hurt my lower back about a month and a half ago. This yoga practice/meditation has been a wonderful soft reentry to yoga and exercise again, aside from my physio exercises. As well, I have got the added benefits of a mindfulness and peace in the morning.

I have fun doing a lot of the new yoga sessions, but always return to the Patricia Walden ones. This is the shortest session (20 minutes) I've come across, and it's amazing that she has put such a variety of poses in place for so many purposes in just those 20 minutes. I have the DVD, but with GaiamTV I can now take it with me wherever I go. Very cool. Thanks for including these in your selection.
