So straightforward, great cues, easy to follow without having to look at the screen! Thank you, that makes it easy to relax. Love the foot massage, stretches feel good! This is my new favorite!

Wow Madeleine thank you very much. I do feel peaceful and I have a lovely relaxed feel through my muscles. A great stretch I look forward to using this over and over. The neck and shoulders feel really good.

This program is the best for overall flexibility and proper alignment that I have experienced on this site. Just fantastic for loosening the body and feeling relaxed. Both practices are different and unique but equally effective. The AM practice did touch on more problem areas for me though but I love them both. The PM has a great neck stretch that I do now on my own throughout the day.

I really enjoyed the AM segment. I used to faithfully do stretches on my own but got away from it. This will help me get back on track! I love Gaiam TV!!

I really enjoyed this 30 min stretch before work. Her voice is soothing, the music and scenery, too. The picture went kind of wobbly about half way through, but didn't effect my ability to watch.

i've used am/pm stretching on other occasions with no problem. However, this morning, neither will load and play though other programs do. Is there a problem ?

Absolutely love this dvd!!! It is hard to take the time to stretch all body parts by oneself. This dvd helps stretch everything explaining each move so that if you choose to close your eyes, you can do so and not be lost. I, also, like it that you are reminded to hold in your abs, to relax other areas that may tense up, etc. A great way to enjoy stretching which we all need.

Full stretch of all body parts. Nice and easy but definitely gets the energy flowing round your body. I had a head ache from neck tension and this workout really helped release that tension.

I love this stretch just to gently loosen up , and then if I have time I do a little more vigorous exersize afterwards
