i've used am/pm stretching on other occasions with no problem. However, this morning, neither will load and play though other programs do. Is there a problem ?

Absolutely love this dvd!!! It is hard to take the time to stretch all body parts by oneself. This dvd helps stretch everything explaining each move so that if you choose to close your eyes, you can do so and not be lost. I, also, like it that you are reminded to hold in your abs, to relax other areas that may tense up, etc. A great way to enjoy stretching which we all need.

Full stretch of all body parts. Nice and easy but definitely gets the energy flowing round your body. I had a head ache from neck tension and this workout really helped release that tension.

I love this stretch just to gently loosen up , and then if I have time I do a little more vigorous exersize afterwards
