This is a very gentle way to wake up in the morning, but not much of a workout.

I'm a nursing student and the mother of a 3-month-old.. and this is perfect for getting back into an exercise routine when the only time I have is between studying and going to bed. I'm on night 2 and am already noticing a difference (and burn!). This may not be challenging enough for a seasoned Pilates practice, but it's perfect for me.
