Suzanne Deason and an assistant demonstrate the use of the nonslip yoga mat (a tool that's fundamental for any kind of yoga), blankets, bolsters and an eye bag. Using these props both separately and together, Deason shows how they can provide comfort and support to enhance a variety of asanas, including a couple of basic seated forward bends and twists, some reclining poses, and a simple inversion.
