Hey runners, try this yoga video!

Saw the Boston Marathon earlier this week and it made me think about pigeon pose. Here, NY Giant yoga instructor Gwen Lawrence teaches this complex pose with variations that should feel good to all you runners out there. So good for the hip flexors, hamstrings and lower back!

And here are my safety tips: go for evenness in the body before folding forward, keep your hips square and keep your feet flexed to protect your knees. Enjoy!
