Shiva Rea

Shiva Rea is a certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for more than 17 years. She combines Ashtanga Vinyasa with precise Iyengar-style yoga, incorporating her background in dance, bodywork and massage. Rea is known for bringing the roots of yoga alive for modern practitioners in creative, dynamic and life-transforming ways and for offering the synthesis form of prana flow out in the world.
